Limited delivery on the last week of April:

Processing and dispatch times will be limited between April 27 to May 1. Our team will be operating with reduced staff during this period, but we’ll do our best to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. We expect processing times to be extended between 2-5 days depending on the order.

Orders placed by 11am April 22 are guaranteed to be dispatched. Larger orders over 20kgs need to be received by April 21.

If your order is urgent, please feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

 

IMPORTANT! DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS!
Business addresses, please include the company name.
Don't forget to include Unit/Warehouse/Factory numbers, etc.
Other helpful details:
Include your opening hours! Most couriers deliver between 8am-6pm weekdays.
Include delivery instructions for safe/easy drop-offs. Examples: Leave on porch / Deliver to reception / Leave with building manager.
Insufficient information risks delayed/returned deliveries. See below for more info.

How much is delivery?

Pricing depends on the volume of your order and your location.

Add the items you would like to your cart and go to checkout. Prices will be shown at the end. Our online postage prices are based on delivery with Australia Post.

Delivery is so expensive! Can you help?

If our delivery costs are looking a bit high, please email us! We have multiple couriers on hand that we can have a look at for you.

International orders outside of Australia - Please email us with your order for a delivery quote. Pricing on our website may be exaggerated.

Processing Time

When will I receive my order?

When your payment has been confirmed, our processing time begins. Once your order is completed, it will be dispatched and the transit time will depend on your location and delivery service chosen.

Processing time applies to all orders (Including both standard and express delivery)

This does not include the time spent in transit/delivery. See below for transit times.

Order processing includes manufacturing, picking, packing, and preparing the order for dispatch.

Larger orders may require additional time.

Deadlines: If you have a deadline, please advise us prior to placing an order so we can best accommodate. Rush service fee may apply (especially during peak dates and holidays). See below.

Rush service for URGENT and time sensitive orders

How do I get I my order ASAP?

For prioritisation of your order and a guaranteed completion date, our rush fee applies:

Orders under $100 = $30 rush fee
Orders over $100 = 30% rush fee

This fee is for our team to stop the current process and production to prioritise your order. This may also mean longer hours or more staff on hand to ensure we are able to process your order on time.

Our emails and chat feature are regularly monitored during off times.

Delivery Companies

What delivery companies do you use?

By default, Australia Post is used for most orders.

Other delivery services we use are Star Track, Couriers Please, Aramex, TNT, Northline, local couriers, etc.

In some instances, we may alter the delivery company to best suit the parcel size and delivery destination without notice. If a particular delivery company is of importance please contact us so we can advice the best option.

Please be aware our estimated times are provided as a guide only and is predicted as accurately as possible. Potential delays may be expected on top of our estimate due to increased parcel volume, weather, etc.
We cannot guarantee delivery timeframes or compensate any delays.

Transit times vary depending on your location. Allow additional time for rural/remote locations. This is only an estimated time and we do not guarantee timeframes. Please consider selecting express delivery for urgent/time sensitive orders.

 

 

Delivery Help

 

Incorrect Address

Email us at sales@crinklepack.com.au as soon as you see the error! Changes and corrections can only be made if the order has not been dispatched. Once dispatched, no changes can be made and returned deliveries will be applied (see below).

"I won't be available at the address to accept the parcel"

Most couriers will leave the parcel if it is safe to do so. In instances where they cannot, it will be taken to a local post office or hubbed location (newsagency, petrol station, etc). Keep an eye on your tracking for detailed updates.

Returned Deliveries

Returned deliveries due to incorrect/insufficient addresses and missed pick ups/deliveries will not be refunded or credited. The delivery is deemed "completed" by the respective delivery company. Payment for a second delivery is required.

Cancellations for returned deliveries will exclude delivery cost paid, a 20% handling fee, and incur a return fee of $16 (charged by couriers).
